All items are handmade and made to order.

Please allow 2 –7 business days for your order to be carefully created before dispatch. Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, but I will always keep you updated.

I currently ship within the UK only.

Shipping Rates

UK Flat Rate Shipping: £3.99 per order

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and postal service. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Custom Orders

As many items are custom-made, I may contact you after your order is placed to confirm design details. Orders will not be dispatched until these details are confirmed.

While I aim to dispatch orders promptly, I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond my control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
