As most items sold by DeeBells Crafts are handmade and personalised to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

To help us investigate any issues, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the item

Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
